SHIPPING:  Our baked goods are perishable and not available for shipping. Stay updated on our pop-up locations and markets by following us on social media @jaydensjoyproducts! Orders take 2-3 business days to process. You'll receive a notification with tracking details once your item has shipped. Thank you for your support.

CALCULATIONS: We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our facility in California. We currently ship UPS and USPS. 

LOST PACKAGES: We are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package goes missing, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the mail carrier. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct and that your package will be left in a secure location. If you’re concerned about potential loss or theft, reach out before placing your order to request delivery with a signature confirmation—additional fees may apply.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES: Our system detects and flags potentially fraudulent purchases. If your order is flagged, we will contact you immediately and may require identity verification before processing your shipment. Orders will not be shipped until the purchase is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding—this policy is in place to protect you. Thank you for your patience!

DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and do not apply to previous purchases. Discounts are applied before shipping, handling, and taxes. Some exclusions may apply.

RETURNS:  Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, you may cancel your order before it has shipped. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
