ORDERING INFORMATION

ABOUT SHIPPING: We currently ship baked goods products anywhere in the USA MONDAY - WEDNESDAY FOR ORDERS PLACED THE WEEK BEFORE.  Our baked good products are PERISHABLE. Please make sure you are there to receive your package. You will receive notice once your item has been shipped to track your order accordingly. 

ABOUT CALCULATIONS: We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our facility in California. We currently ship UPS.

FOR LOST PACKAGES: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

ABOUT FRAUDULENT CHARGES: Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

ABOUT DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Please note, some exclusions may apply.

ABOUT RETURNS:  Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Please note, you reserve the right to cancel an order BEFORE the product has shipped. Once the item has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

HOURS OF OPERATION: We are available to chat Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-4:00PM PST, Friday 10:00 am-3:00PM. We are closed on all major holidays.
